To live a fit and healthy life we need to eat well and exercise regularly, but we also need to exercise our heart by helping others. With a limited number of heartbeats in one lifetime we ought to use some of them for bringing joy and prosperity to the lives of people around us.
This coming Sunday 24th March, 4-9pm The Avenue will be hosting the ultimate Sunday Funday to raise funds for The Common Good.au in aid of heart transplant research and assistive technology.
The event will be a social extravaganza with DJ's, Drag shows, live music, raffles, games, prizes and a fabulous fashion showcase by the Style Pow team, yours truly Why Mary and the amazing menswear label Red Cypress Clothing.
Hosted by the talented Natasha St James and Miss Violet Velvet this event is guaranteed to be full of fun, laughter and good times all while raising funds for a valuable cause.

The Charity:
The Common Good is an initiative of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation aligned with the health and medical research community based at The Prince Charles Hospital, Chermside, Queensland.
Established in 1986, the foundation inspires a generous community of everyday people to help raise funds for lifesaving and life changing chronic disease research.
The Foundation's aim is to annually provide more than $5M to support research teams focused on early detection, treatment and recovery from heart disease, lung disease, dementia and arthritis.
"People are at the heart of everything we do. They’re who we are, why we’re here and what empowers us to make a difference." - The Common Good
Why Mary is honoured to be collaborating with such an amazing group of people donating their time for this wonderful event! Please support it if you can xx
